- We are temporarily waiving the following fees on all consumer deposit accounts effective March 24, 2020:
- Overdraft fees
- Returned item fees (including non-sufficient funds and uncollected funds, returned redeposited item and check redeposit)
- Use your Piermont debit card on any ATMs to access cash: as you may know, we don’t charge any fees for the use of non-Piermont Bank ATMs and we reimburse you for any fees charged by other banking organizations.
Our teams and vendors continue diagnostic efforts to resolve the intermittent service interruptions accessing Personal and Business Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Access Manager. We recommend users clear cache and cookies or access the browser in InPrivate Browsing mode prior to signing on. We understand you are relying on these tools to view accounts and transactions during this COVID-19 pandemic and have all resources dedicated to resolving this event.
