Raul Oseguera

Raul Oseguera is the Head of Risk and Compliance at Piermont Bank, where he provides strategic leadership across the bank’s enterprise risk, compliance, and information security framework. With more than 30 years of experience in banking, Raul brings deep expertise in risk management and regulatory compliance with a balanced approach of using strong risk disciplines to support business growth and customer trust.

Throughout his career, Raul has played a key role in shaping risk and compliance programs at major banking institutions. Prior to joining the Bank, Raul held senior leadership positions in the financial services industry, serving as Chief Operating Officer at Quontic Bank and as Chief Risk Officer at Cross River Bank.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from California State University – Fullerton and an MBA from The Pennsylvania State University. Raul is a Certified Enterprise Risk Professional (CERP).
