Charles L. Roff

 

Mr. Roff is the Chairman of Roff Resources LLC and holds senior positions with related companies whose primary activity is the exploration and production of hydrocarbons onshore of the continental United States. Mr. Roff has been associated with Roff Resources and related companies since their founding in 1998. Prior to his current position, he was Vice Chairman and a director of PetroUnited Terminals, Inc. from 1995 to 1998. He also served on the board of directors of Texas-based MetroBank, N.A. and MetroCorp Bancshares, Inc. from 2001 until 2014, where he chaired or served on multiple committees, including the Asset and Liability, Audit, Directors’ Loan, Directors’ Credit, Nominating and Governance and Special Assets Committees. Mr. Roff is a licensed attorney and a member of the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Roff graduated with High Honors from Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in the College of Social Studies, and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Texas, where he was an editor of the Texas International Law Journal.
