Cyndie Chang

Cyndie Chang is the Duane Morris Los Angeles Managing Partner and a member of its Partners Board. Ms. Chang represents national and foreign businesses and manages complex business and class action disputes. She handles a broad range of commercial litigation, including corporate, contract, real estate, and regulatory issues across industries such as manufacturing, retail, healthcare, technology, insurance, banking, and financial services. She served as the President of both the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA) and the Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association. She currently serves as the Regional Chair and Board Member of the Committee of 100 and Board Member for Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.

Ms. Chang is a recipient of various legal industry honors, including the Daily Journal’s “Leading Commercial Litigator,” honoring the best attorneys working within the broad scope of commercial and bet-the-company litigation across the country, and the Daily Journal’s “Top 100 California Women Lawyers,” the Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association’s inaugural “Trailblazer,” Super Lawyers’ “Top 50 Women of Southern California;” listed as The Best Lawyers in America, Litigation-Insurance; the Legal 500 U.S. Elite for Banking and Finance; and BTI Consulting Client Service All-Star, recognized by in-house counsel from large global companies.Ms. Chang has delivered over 100 speaking engagements on various topics in the legal industry, including industry trends and the advancement of women and minorities.
