Cyndie Chang is the Duane Morris Los Angeles Managing Partner and a member of its Partners Board. Ms. Chang represents national and foreign businesses and manages complex business and class action disputes. She handles a broad range of commercial litigation, including corporate, contract, real estate, and regulatory issues across industries such as manufacturing, retail, healthcare, technology, insurance, banking, and financial services. She served as the President of both the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA) and the Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association. She currently serves as the Regional Chair and Board Member of the Committee of 100 and Board Member for Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
